This is a 2 day workshop April 10th and 17th 3pm-7pm both days.
Both days needed to be attended to complete the course.
The Managing Food Safety course will help those who are handling food learn how to prepare and serve food safely. The course will help integrate safe food handling practices, policies and procedures into their workplace.
This course is certified program based on standards established in the Food Retail and Food Services Regulation and Code(FRFSRC) and recommendations from Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. (CFIA)
